We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Support Representative to assist our students and customers with their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Guidance: Assist students with navigating our platform and utilizing course materials effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and products.
  • Support Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the customer service team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
